HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Once you've finished shopping, check out is simple and secure. You may view items added to your shopping bag by clicking on the "Bag" in the top right of any page. When viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust the quantities by changing the number to the right of the items, and then clicking "Update Total" after all quantity adjustments have been made. You may then continue shopping or checkout.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to California. Sales tax will be collected on applicable items by shipping address and jurisdiction. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Sakura Luxe accepts:  Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover

DID YOU GET MY ORDER? I DIDN'T RECEIVE A RECEIPT?

Please check your email – Check the spam and junk email folders too, sometimes they end up there. If you do not have an email invoice/receipt the day that you place your order, chances are the order did not complete. If you are still unsure, contact us with the First and Last name you used to make the possible order and we will look it up for you.
