Shipping and Returns
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. THESE NON-NEGOCIABLE TERMS WILL BE FOLLOWED AS STATED.
Sakura Luxe Boutique ships all items from Los Angeles, CA via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or USPS Priority Internatonal Mail as applicable. Sakura Luxe is not responsible for duty or freight charges on International orders.
Please note: Sakura Luxe Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as the USPS provides $50 insurance on all packages mailed Priority Mail. Should you require additional insurance please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be processed, and shipped (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED). Orders are processed in the order they are received. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. All shipped items will include a tracking number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Sakura Luxe wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we will gladly issue a refund. Before returning your item, please send an email to email@example.com indicating the item you plan to return. All returns must be made within 10 days of original delivery date. The item must be in the same condition as it was received. Refund will be issued once the item is received and reviewed for condition by Sakura Luxe. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and they are non-refundable. Please be sure to include your original receipt/packing slip.
DAMAGED ITEM RETURN
If we sent you a damaged item, we will gladly accept the return and give you store credit or resend the item. Please document the damage and send us notification within 12 hours of receiving the item. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, please do not accept packages that look tampered with or damaged. If you accept packages, we have no control of the outcome of your purchase and merchandise cannot be accepted back.
